Who is your Daddy, and what does he do?

So, I'm home alone on Friday night, and the phone rings. I pick it up and a man's voice says, "I have a question for you" I say... "ok..." and then he says "Who is your daddy, and what does he do?" I was just like... what the heck. I started laughing, and it just kept repeating, and saying things like "Come on. Tell me now. Who is your Daddy and what does he do?" By then I could tell it was a recording (Arnold, no less), but it was still creepy. I didn't know who the heck it would be. I could hear someone breathing, but no one was saying anything, except Arnold. Finally after a few minutes, I hear Jared say "Bryan Gillmore" and hang up. lol... I should have known it was them! They called back and I had a nice long 40 minute chat with Jared :)

After that, Dave and Jody came over. Dave cooked us supper, a curried chicken and rice thing. It was pretty good, I wasn't sure if he could actually cook, but I was pretty impressed :) We played cards for awhile, and even tho Dave told me he's going to beat me at everything now, he wasn't doing so hot, hehe. We stayed up until 3:45, and then I was soooo tired the next day at work. Bah.

Dave came over, yet again, on Saturday, and he brought Erika!!! (As you can see, from the pictures below). I've never met someone who loves their cat as much as Dave loves Erika :) He's so funny when he talks about her. He thinks she should be a model kitty, cos she's so pretty. She is a very nice cat. She just sat in the corner for a long time, but eventually got used to us, and came out and made the loop around the coffee table, getting petted by everyone :) She is soooo soft and fluffy :) When Melissa went to bed at 11:30, she told Dave to go home, and stood there until he did. Cos 'Hannah needs sleep'. Yes, Mother. And the next day I defrosted freezers all day, so all I had to do was sit and hold up a hair dryer. No energy required.

Last night Joy and Melissa went to church in Lake Louise, but I didn't want to drive all the way there for church, it's like an hour away or something. And Rach was still sick in bed. Joy said that Michael bet her that Dave would be at our house when they got home...and...he was. lol. He and I watched "The Exorcist". The original, of course. I've always wanted to see it, but no one has ever wanted to watch it with me. This summer, Levi and Dave N. were talking about how scary it is, but that just made me want to see it more. Dave F. had never seen it, so I told him he had to watch it with me. It wasn't really what I expected. I didn't really find it that scary just... gross and disturbing. More gross than anything. We kept talking about the poor girl, having to act out that stuff. Holy crap. She must be traumatized. I would be, if I had to act like that. He left at 3:45 again. Now I'll have this week to catch up on sleep, in preperation for this weekend, I'm sure, haha.
